hehehe. why do i find ignorance kind of endearing?
ahh, if only vegans were pale, thin, and malnourished. it’d be so easy to keep an eye out for a fellow animal lover.
however, being vegan and knowing roughly 200 other vegans, i have to break it to ya. we look just like you. you wouldn’t be able to pick one out of the crowd, even if you wanted to. they could be surrounding you right now… aiieee!! what a nightmare!! how scary, vegans are just like regular people!

A vegan chef in a car. Well we all have to use a car once in a while but using it as into to a vegan chef show is kind of funny. Next time she should at least pretend to ride on a bicycle. Maybe a nice cargo bike like the Joe bike or the bullit

timetode, science does not support your philosophy. eating meat works, but also, so do vegetables. it just happens that when one survive on just vegetables, the incidence of cancer, diabetes, autoimmune disease, and literally hundreds of various long-term health ailments will be lower.
nobody is forcing their philosophy down your throat. but taking such vehement offense to the suggestion makes me wonder if you don’t have insecurities on the subject. doesn’t matter, science has spoken.

“actually we can easily get lots of omega 3 from flax seed,”

Oh BTW…Flaxseed oil, although an expensive commodity, is an excellent alternative to animal oils…Im learning to cook with it and mask the bitter taste..(or maybe im just getting used to it)..Excellent suggestion

  8. timetodepop says:

“actually we can easily get lots of omega 3 from flax seed, and whats wrong with educating children? Meat IS BAD! ”

FALSE!….Meat is not bad for anyone..never has been…Eating excessive amounts of animal fat is however proven to shorten ones lifespan…However, there is an obvious difference between those who manage themselves properly within the Vegan lifestyle…and those that do not…I can walk into a room and point out 90% of the Vegans immediately…Pale, thin, malnurished people.

Oh yum. I wish I was in that kitchen! I could imagine all the flavors and textures. *nom nom nom*

  11. timetodepop says:

“I’m vegan because that makes me happy and I live happily. BTW, I do eat mashed potatoes (best thing in life). ”

You know what…I applaud you for that…If your a Vegan because it makes you happy, and feel good..then I applaud you and im happy for you…What my issue with some Vegans is the demonization of those who eat meat…And i feel it is dangerous to provide so little knowledge while promoting a major lifestyle change to children who have no idea how to manage themselves.

Do you know what “handicap” means?
I do not encourage others to be vegan; I’m not that kind of person that tells others: Hey, do this, or do that! That’s stupid; if someone wants to be vegan, so be it, if they don’t, that’s good, too. I’m vegan because that makes me happy and I live happily. BTW, I do eat mashed potatoes (best thing in life).

  13. timetodepop says:

“Still think I’m sick or anything”

Throughout history people have acheived great feats athletically, and intellectually, despite certain handicaps…Your handicap is self induced…I dont think your phisically Ill…I think you may be dillusional though…and encouraging others to assume your handicap is very irresponsible.,..Go eat a thick juicy steak and a mound of fresh mashed potatoes every night for a week and see how much better your facilites work

  14. stopthisworld080 says:

Why would you dispise me? just because I’m saying whay I think? You just said what you think and I don’t despise you, And for the record, I only have A+ and A- in every single subject. Can you swim 7 km. every day? can you run 5 km. in less than 15 minutes? everyone can be healthy, despite what they eat, if they know HOW to balance everthing else, so don’t tell me what I need. Oh, I forgot one thing, English isn’t my first language. Still think I’m sick or anything?

  15. timetodepop says:

“Lots of people like to be vegans, you don’t, well, you can say so, but in a nice way, don’t you think”

Lots of people sit on a high horse looking down their noses at other peoples lifestyles…I dont like your vegan attitude..and i despise you and your pale complected sickly lookin friends telling children that eating meat is bad..when their brains need it for proper developement…Your brain obviously never got the omega 3s or 6s it needed…Now your a few cans short of a six pack.

  16. erinnn222 says:

This looks good but I wish you would let us know the exact measurements.

    Hi Lydia,
I was wondering when you are going to make another video? Can you please explain why Coconut oil is good, I am getting mixed messages. I’m currently following Dr McDougall plan for weight loss which cuts out all oils and would like to try your recipes. Thank you.

  18. fibonacciphipi says:

im sorry but your too skinny

  19. blade004 says:

I rarely eat meat myself and my diet consists mainly of raw vegetables, but what i find absolutely nonsensical about Vegan saying “I have more energy and have more mental clarity” from not eating Meat!. The Nonsensical part is that vegans still eat unhealthy stamina reducing and mental fog inducing crap like Sugar & Wheat Flour, not to mention a plethora of other items, which biologically is not good for the body, which suggest to me that half of the way Vegans feel is based on Placebo.

  20. dogsarebetter says:

how do you know that for certain. Just know, 80% of the vegans and vegetarians said something similar to that at one point!

  21. bonejeenyus says:

    go grass fed beef!!!

  22. bonejeenyus says:

saturated fat does not cause heart disease. coconut oil has medium chain fatty acids and is the best oil for humans.

  23. stopthisworld080 says:

it is not pointless. What are you doing here anyway, if you don’t like it? don’t like it, don’t watch it, it’s very simple. Lots of people like to be vegans, you don’t, well, you can say so, but in a nice way, don’t you think?

  24. OrientilsOnAcid says:

Id be miserable to if I was a Vegan.

    what a pointless diet

  25. johnallenasdf says:

you look and talk so miserably during the entire presentation…it would be much more enjoyable to watch if you talked the way you did from 9:18 on (when explaining your reasoning for veganism). Just some advice, not criticizing. Also, coconut oil is so high in saturated fat that it would eventually cause heart disease.
